TÜM ÖĞRENCİLERİMİZİN DİKKATİNE,

Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı Eğitim – Öğretim Daire Başkanlığı’nın 31.03.2020 tarihli ve 24625 sayılı yazısı ile bildirildiği üzere Yükseköğretim Yürütme Kurulu’nun 31.03.2020 tarihli toplantısında alınan karar uyarınca;

• Talep ettikleri takdirde lisansüstü öğrencilerin kayıtlarını dondurabilecekleri ve dondurulan sürenin azami sürelerinden sayılmayacağı,
• Bu kararın 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılı Bahar dönemi ile sınırlı olmasına,

karar verildiği bildirilmiştir.

Bu doğrultuda, talep eden tüm öğrencilerimizin, AKSİS otomasyon sistemi üzerinden açılacak olan menüden online olarak “KAYIT DONDURMA İSTEMİ İLE” başvuru yapabileceklerini;

Taleplerin, Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu kararı alınarak, talep eden öğrencilerin dosyalarına ve otomasyon sistemlerine işlenmek suretiyle öğrenim sürelerine bir yarıyıl süre ilave edileceğini;

Kayıt dondurma talep etmeyen öğrencilerimiz için ise;

• Uzaktan eğitim şartlarında eğitimin devam edeceğini;
• Ayrıca, yaz dönemi içerisinde gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan bir sıkıştırılmış eğitim takvimi ile dersler ile ilgili eksikliklerin giderileceğini;
• Üniversitemizin sınavların 1 Haziran 2020 tarihine kadar ertelenmesi yönündeki kararının geçerli olduğunu ve sınavların bu tarihten sonrasında belirlenecek bir takvime göre gerçekleştirileceğini;
• Proje teslim tarihinin 1 Haziran 2020 tarihine kadar ertelendiğini;

TO THE ATTENTION OF ALL OUR STUDENTS,

Higher Education Council, Department of Education and Training has been reported the decision taken on the Higher Education Council Meeting on 31.03.2020 above, with the letter dated 31.03.2020 and numbered 24625.  The decision is stated that;

• Upon their request, graduate students can obtain leave of absence (freeze their registration) and postpone their education to the following semester and the period of the current semester will not be counted from the maximum duration of their education.

• This decision will be limited to the Spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year.

According to the statement above, all of our students, who request, will be able to apply for obtaining leave of absence (freezing their registration) online via the menu which will be opened on the AKSİS automation system.

All the leave of absence (freezing their registration) requests will be processed by the Graduate School Administrative Board, one semester will be added to their education period and all the information will be filed into the students’ files and automation system.

For the students who do not request leave of absence (freezing the registration) we kindly announce;

• Education will continue under online distance education conditions;
• Education will be compensated with a compressed education schedule during the summer period,
• Our university's decision to postpone exams until June 1, 2020 is valid and exams will be held according to a schedule to be determined after that date;
• The completion date of the projects have been postponed to June 1, 2020.
