İNGİLİZCE YETERLİLİK SINAVI / ENGLISH PROFICIENCY EXAM

​

        

- İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı Türkiye Saati ile (UTC+3) saat 10:00’da adayların ZOOM Online Sınav Odasına Girmesi ve kimlik kontrolü yapılması ile başlayacaktır. 

- Adayların kimlik kontrolleri tamamlandıktan sonra Türkiye Saati ile (UTC+3) saat 11:00’den itibaren “Ekampus öğrenme yönetim sistemi” üzerinden çevrimiçi İngilizce Yeterlilik Test Sınavı başlayacaktır. 

- Sınav 100 test sorusundan oluşmaktadır ve sınav süresi 2 saattir (120 dakika).

- Sınav Ekampus sistemi üzerinden yapılacak ve adaylar ZOOM aracılığıyla takip edilecektir.

- Sınav süreci ile ilgili aşağıdaki açıklamaları dikkatle okuyunuz. 

 

       


Sınava Başlamadan Önce                                                                                                                                            

- Sınav Kılavuzunu mutlaka okuyunuz. Kılavuzda belirtilenleri harfiyen yerine getiriniz.

- Başlamadan önce bilgisayarınızda çalışan diğer tüm programları ve sekmeleri mutlaka kapatınız.

- Sınav boyunca yalnız olacağınız, sessiz bir ortamda olduğunuzdan emin olunuz. 

Sınava Başlarken                                                                                                                                                 

-  Öncelikle yukarıdaki Online Sınav Odası butonuna tıklayarak sınavın ZOOM oturumuna bağlanınız.

-  Sınavınız sona erene kadar ZOOM sistemi arka planda açık kalacak, ses ve görüntü kaydı yapacaktır.

-  ZOOM sisteminde yaşanacak 3 dakika ve üzerinde kesinti halinde sınavınız geçersiz sayılabilir.

-  Sınava girmeden önce gözetmenlerimiz kimlik kontrolü yapacaktır. Kimlik belgenizi yanınızda bulundurunuz.

-  Kontroller tamamlandıktan sonra gözetmenlerimizin talimatıyla Ekampus Sınav Sistemi butonuna tıklayınız.

- Tarafınıza iletilen kullanıcı adı ve şifre bilgilerini kullanarak sınav sistemine giriş yapınız.

-  Kayıtlı olduğunuz derse tıklayarak giriş yapınız, sonrasında ilgili sınava tıklayarak sınavınızı başlatınız.   

Sınav Boyunca                                                                                                                 

-  ZOOM platformu üzerinden gözetmenler sınav boyunca adayları takip edecektir.

-  Sınav süresi boyunca kamera, mikrofon ve hoparlörlerinizi açık tutunuz. (Aksi halde sınavınız geçersiz sayılacaktır.)

-  Sınav boyunca konuşmayınız, bir sorunuz olur ise ZOOM üzerindeki Chat kısmından gözetmenlerle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. 

-  Sınav süresince sessiz bir ortamda olmaya özen gösteriniz.  

Sınav Sonunda                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

-  Sınavınızı tamamladıktan sonra ZOOM üzerindeki Chat bölümünden de gözetmene sınavı tamamladığınızı bildirip çıkınız.

-  Sınav sonuçları Enstitümüz web sayfası iie.istanbul.edu.tr üzerinden ilan edilecektir.

- English Proficiency Exam, will start at 10:00 am (Turkey Time) (UTC+3), by entering ZOOM Exam Room and identity checks.

- After completion of candidate identity checks Online English Proficiency Test Exam will begin through the "ekampus learning management system" at 11:00 am (Turkey Time) (UTC+3)

- 100 questions will be asked on the exam and the duration is 2 hours (120 minutes).

- The exam will be conducted on Ekampus system and supervised by proctors via ZOOM.

- Please read carefully all the information below. 


                


Before Starting The Exam                                                                                                                                  

- Please read the Exam Guide. Follow the instructions exactly.

- Before starting, make sure to close all other programs and tabs running on your computer.

- Make sure that you are in a quiet environment where you will be alone during the exam.


Starting The Exam

-  First of all, click on the ZOOM Exam Room button below and connect to the ZOOM session of the exam.

-  Until your exam ends, the ZOOM system will remain open in the background, recording your audio and video.

-  In case of loss of video and sound for 3 minutes or more in the ZOOM system, your exam may be considered invalid.

-  Before taking the exam, our supervisors will check identity. Keep your identity document with you.

-  After the checks are completed, click the Ekampus Exam System button on the instructions of our supervisors.

-  Login to the exam system using the username and password provided to you.

-  Start by clicking on the Course, then start your exam by clicking on the relevant exam.   


While On The Exam

-  The ZOOM meeting must be running in the background throughout the exam.

-  Proctors will follow the candidates throughout the exam via the ZOOM Meeting.

-  Keep your camera, microphone and speakers turned on during the exam. (Otherwise, your exam will be invalid.)

-  Do not talk during the exam, if you have a question, you can contact the proctors from Chat on ZOOM

-   Please be sure to be in a quite place


At The End Of The Exam

-  After completing your exam, notify the proctor by Chat section of the ZOOM, that you have completed the exam before leaving.

-  Exam results will be announced on our Institute's web page iie.istanbul.edu.tr.
